This notice covers the Washa LLC website at washallc.com, including its contact form. Washa Beverage Label Precheck has its own product privacy policy, which applies to that product.
This website's own practices
- The website has no accounts or sign-in. Its only form is the contact form on the Contact page.
- Washa LLC does not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website and has not installed advertising or analytics tracking code. The Contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, which processes browser and device information for security verification.
- Apart from the spam check on the Contact page, described below, its pages do not load fonts, scripts or images from other companies' servers.
Contact form
Information we receive
When you submit the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, inquiry type and message, and your organization and phone number if you provide them. To check the submission for spam and limit repeated submissions, your IP address is also processed.
How we use it
We use this information to read and reply to your inquiry and to follow up on the matter you contacted us about. We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing messages.
How it is delivered and kept
- A server-side function hosted by Cloudflare checks the submission and passes it to a Google Apps Script program within our Google Workspace environment. The program delivers the inquiry to an authorized Washa LLC business mailbox for review and response.
- The website does not keep its own copy. Neither the Cloudflare function nor the Apps Script program stores submissions in a database or records their contents in its logs.
- The website does not send you a confirmation email; the confirmation appears on screen.
- Messages are kept in our Google Workspace mailbox, where a copy may also appear in sent mail, like other business correspondence: for as long as they are needed to respond to you and for our business records. We do not currently delete business correspondence automatically.
Spam protection
The Contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect automated and abusive submissions. Turnstile loads a script and a small frame from Cloudflare (challenges.cloudflare.com) on the Contact page only. To perform the check it processes information about your browser and device, such as your IP address and browser characteristics. Cloudflare handles that information under its privacy policy and the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
What not to send
The form does not accept attachments. Please do not use it to send passwords, payment information, classified or controlled government information, or confidential label artwork.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which delivers the pages and processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy. We have not enabled Cloudflare's analytics features for this website.
If you email us directly, we receive your message and contact details and use them to reply. Google Workspace provides our email. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Requests and contact
To ask about information we hold about you, including information you sent through the contact form, email accounts@washallc.com. We handle requests subject to verifying the requester's identity, applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements. We will post any changes to this notice on this page and update the date above.
